We shoot all types of commercial, educational and sporting events plus parties, conferences, concerts, fairs and charity events.

If you are trying to find photos from an event and you have an event code, please enter the code in the box on the right. If you don’t have an event code, drop us an email with details of the event and we’ll reply with the code or information on where you can find the pictures.

Fees and Rights

Events can be funded in two main ways: fully paid or funded from picture sales.

Commercial events are generally pre-paid in full and you get a full set of pictures after the event; with full rights. Where pictures are for press or PR purposes and you have copy deadlines, we will endeavour to meet those deadlines, using mobile facilities where appropriate.

Education and non-professional sporting events may have no pre-event fee
and can be funded from picture sales. However, we need some confidence that there will be sufficient demand for the pictures. We retain rights to all photos.

We are happy to cover music events such as concerts and gigs. We consider these special cases so please contact us to discuss fees and rights.

In some cases, an event can be part pre-paid and part funded by picture sales.

Charity Events

We are always happy to consider shooting charity events. Either you get the pictures for press and promotional purposes or we sell the pictures for you and profits go towards your fund raising. We generally retain rights but are open to discuss assignment.
